The members of the National Street Rod Association® (NSRA) are fortunate to have Sneed Insurance Company in their corner when it comes to all types of insurance coverage for their vehicles. At a time when it was next to impossible to insure a specialty vehicle, the concerned folks at Sneed Insurance worked with officials of the NSRA to create the type of coverage those involved in the hobby needed to continue enjoying their vehicles in the manner for which they were built, while having the peace of mind that should a loss occur it was covered.
Creating a specialty vehicle insurance program was not an easy task, but the Sneed Insurance staff persisted, and after a brief trial period in selected states, the program went national in 1980. At that time liability coverage was not available, but over the years the program has advanced in many ways, including the availability of a full coverage (comprehensive and liability) policy.
